Thanks to the release of their debut 2003 EP, "It's About Time", Sneaky Long has been a very busy band for the last few years. And things are not about to slow down - Sneaky Long currently has its sights set on a full length CD that will transform the band from being a regional act to a national one.
Combining a wide range of sounds including ska, punk, rock, reggae, and pop, the trio of bass, guitar, and drums gets the crowd moving. And while Sneaky Long often tries to relate to the crowd through the vehicle of (sometimes rather childish) humor, Sneaky Long is also a socially conscious and responsible band and is not afraid to throw down the philosophical contemplation from time to time. These three mid-twenties males create songs that relate to both the "ready to take on the world" attitude that most teenagers have, and to the "what am I going to do with my life" fears that accompany growing into your 20's.
They have played all over the bay area with all sorts of bands in the past few years, and their CD has been played on several local college radio stations. Sneaky Long is now posed to expand their fan base outside of the bay area and spread their music to the masses.
